What You Will Be Doing

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take orders accurately and deliver food with a smile
• Answer questions about dishes like ramen, bao, and dumplings
• Pack to-go orders and assist guests with leftovers
• Keep dining areas clean and well-stocked
• Handle payments quickly and correctly

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Working behind the kitchen line
• Managing restaurant finances or inventory

Basic Requirements

• 1–2 years of restaurant or customer service experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English communication skills (Mandarin is a big plus)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
