Roles Responsibilities:
• 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
• Good Understanding of implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping
• Help in identifying issues gathering data analyzing and presenting solutions
• Work closely with architect to ensure technically feasible solutions
• Help in reducing implementation efforts
• Capture business and user requirements as stories for agile shops
• Ensure requirements are understood developed tested and delivered to specification
• Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify prioritize model and document business process and data requirements
• Represent project stakeholders throughout planning development and release processes
• Work with the platform team to develop release estimates
• Design and develop an end-to-end data alignment process document including CMDB CSDM process and procedures
• Ensure all client environment specific requirements are captured in the process and procedures
• Present the process and procedures to stakeholders and obtain a sign off
• Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on the new process and procedures
