Job Description
ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Technical Developer
Responsibilities:
- Work as a core ServiceNow developer with focus on the SPM module (formerly ITBM IT Business Management).
- Configure, customize, and implement SPM applications such as:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning & Cost Transparency
- Agile/SAFe modules (if applicable)
- Build custom applications, integrations, and workflows using ServiceNow platform capabilities (Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
- Perform SPM module configuration dashboards, reports, scorecards, portfolio roadmaps, project workspaces.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow best practices for coding, performance optimization, and platform governance.
- Support upgrades, patches, and production issues for SPM-related modules.
