This full-time, In-Person role is perfect for individuals who thrive in high-energy sales environments and want to turn their love for sports into significant sales opportunities.

About the Company

• The team currently consists of 5 SDRs and 5 closers , all working in a structured, high-performance sales environment.
  
• $650K+ in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and growing, backed by a strong inbound lead flow.
  
• The closing team maintains a 35-45% close rate on a $2K offer, creating a lucrative pipeline for setters and closers alike.
  

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outreach: Make 150-200 calls per day using the CRM, working a mix of warm and cold leads from paid ad campaigns.
  
• Lead Qualification: Connect with mid-to-high earning professionals, guiding them through high-value sports collectibles opportunities.
  
• Appointment Scheduling: Qualify leads and set up meetings for closers, ensuring a smooth handoff for successful transactions.
  
• Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to ensure a minimum 70% show rate for the closing team.
  
• Goal Achievement: Hit and exceed daily and monthly targets in a team that celebrates every win and supports every challenge.
  

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience (preferably in high-ticket coaching sales, B2C, or D2D sales.
  
• Ability to work 10-7 EST hours, Monday-Friday in a fast-paced IN-PERSON environment.
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate prospects on a one-call close sales model.
  
• Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a drive to exceed quotas.
  
• Proficiency in using a CRM to track outreach, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups.
