We’re Growing — and We Need a Rockstar to Own Our Shipping & Receiving Ops

We’re a fast-growing startup transforming the medical distribution space and we’re looking for someone hands-on, detail-obsessed, and ready to take charge of packing, shipping, and inventory. As our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator , you’ll be on the front lines of our operation — making sure every order goes out perfectly and every incoming shipment is handled like clockwork. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pick, Pack & Ship: Carefully pack and label outgoing medical devices to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. You'll be the last stop before our products reach customers — and we take that seriously.
• Receive & Inspect: Unload, check in, and organize incoming shipments. You’ll verify contents, flag any issues, and keep everything flowing smoothly.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update counts in our system, and help ensure we always know what we have (and what we’re running low on).
• Organize the Workspace: Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized workspace. You’ll be setting the tone for how we scale our physical operations.
• Work with Tools: Use shipping software (like ShipStation) and inventory platforms to process orders and update records in real-time.
• Support Logistics: Assist with coordinating shipments, troubleshooting delivery issues, and keeping things running smoothly across the supply chain.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles — especially in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Experience using a software like Netsuite is a HUGE plus
• You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in doing things right the first time.
• Physically able to lift and move boxes (typically 30–50 lbs).
• Comfortable working independently — but you’re a team player through and through.
• Excited to be part of something growing fast — and willing to grow with it.
