Job Description

Position Overview :

This is a multi position role. The majority of the role will be as a Shipping Coordinator who ensures that products are packaged, shipped, and delivered on time and accurately. They manage all aspects of logistics, from packing goods to coordinating with carriers and tracking shipments. You may be asked to do administrative duties for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Track shipments and update clients or departments about the shipment status.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately maintained.
• Collaborate with vendors, freight companies, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Handle returned goods and ensure proper documentation for returns and exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Use shipping software and databases to maintain accurate records.
• Optimize shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills :

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in logistics and shipping software.
• Shopify knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations.

Compensation :

• Starting at $25.00 per hour 3-5 days a week.
