Overview:

BlazerJobs is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Houston, TX area . We welcome applications from both licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) looking to begin their careers in a supportive and structured environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative school team and help students develop critical communication skills that support their academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in a school setting
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility by start date
• CFYs are encouraged to apply
• School-based experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $48–$55/hour (depending on experience)
