Full-Stack Product Engineer – Shipping the Future of AI in Finance - Remote (if preferred)

🧠 The Technology

At the core of our platform is a RAG-based architecture , purpose-built for finance. It’s designed to replicate the kind of deep reasoning you see in leading models like OpenAI’s o1—capable of parsing nuanced questions, retrieving domain-relevant knowledge, and producing context-aware answers with minimal hallucination.

You’ll work with state-of-the-art AI stacks , combining LLMs, vector search, and custom orchestration to automate tasks that have traditionally taken analysts days or even weeks.

🛠 What You’ll Do

As a Product Engineer , you’ll be embedded deeply within one of our most strategic client engagements—delivering real value through hands-on development and technical leadership.

You'll:

• Design and build full-stack features (Python, React) that solve high-value, knowledge-intensive challenges in finance
• Work autonomously across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery
• Act as a mini-CTO for the customer—owning solution architecture, technical delivery, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers, designers, and product leads to bring groundbreaking user experiences to life
• Translate business pain points into technical strategies that scale across users and use cases
• Shape product direction through direct feedback from high-stakes, real-world usage

💡 You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Have 4+ years of experience as a software or product engineer, ideally in fast-paced, early-stage environments
• Are proficient with modern web frameworks (Python, React, TypeScript, etc.) and can build production-ready systems end-to-end
• Are excited by AI-native product design and have experience working with or around LLMs, RAG, or agent-like architectures
• Love talking to users and solving real business problems—not just coding in a vacuum
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset , with an eye toward growing into a CTO, founding engineer, or VP-level role
• Thrive on ownership, autonomy, and delivering software that actually matters
