Insight Global is seeking an Operations Analyst – Source to Pay to work onsite in Tarrytown, NY three days per week for a large pharmaceutical client. This analyst will join the Research IT team and be responsible for source-to-pay activities related to software renewals and new purchases. The role involves supporting vendor contracts throughout the full lifecycle—from the initial request for a purchase order through all vendor onboarding processes—resulting in a fully vetted vendor with a compliant quote or statement of work. The analyst will spend most of their time processing requests for SOWs from Project Managers, working directly with vendors to secure quotes for services and build out the SOWs. They will handle at least four new requests per week and may have approximately 20 contracts in flight at any given time, with each contract averaging around $100K. The analyst is accountable for ensuring all vendors are processed through the Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, and Information Security workflows. Additionally, they are responsible for creating fully compliant service requests in the tracking system and collaborating with Project Managers, other Operations Analysts, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement to facilitate contract reviews and approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in source-to-pay processes and recent experience managing SOWs from initiation to completion, along with a solid understanding of compliance workflows.
