Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required OR a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in high-paced environments.
• Proven organizational and time management abilities, including task prioritization and delegation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; adaptable to various responsibilities as assigned.

The successful candidate will negotiate contracts to meet quality, customer service, and financial targets. Work with Germany Engineering and Procurement to ensure the same quality and pricing standards are met in the US. This role will also require frequent travel to suppliers to ensure quality and procure materials in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Develop procedures for assembly, testing, inventory management, and verification of goods and shipments in SAP.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the material requirements that affect the production schedule.
• Source and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality, price, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate with global teams and support engineering, procurement, and production order processes.
• Optimize production planning, analyze material needs, manage BOMs, and track delivery schedules.
• Maintain compliance and budgets, update ISO documentation, inspect facilities, and prepare departmental budgets.
