Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to

provide full-time, in-person speech therapy services to students. You’ll

conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, deliver direct therapy, supervise SLPAs, and

collaborate with educators and families to maximize student communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, evaluations, and

screenings

 Develop, write, and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans

 Provide direct, in-person speech therapy in individual and group settings

 Utilize evidence-based interventions for speech, language, fluency, voice, and

AAC needs

 Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and support staff

 Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to foster student

success

 Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and federal

regulations

 Actively participate in IEP meetings and team planning

Required Qualifications:

 Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License (CCC-SLP strongly

preferred)

 Experience or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in school settings

 Skilled in school-based speech therapy practices, assessments, and IEP

development

 Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

 Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

 Experience with AAC devices and assistive technology

 Familiarity with special education law and regulations
