Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join

our team. In this full-time, in-person role, you will support licensed SLPs

by delivering speech therapy services under supervision, assisting students to improve

communication and achieve IEP goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide speech and language therapy interventions following licensed SLP

treatment plans

 Assist students in individual and group therapy sessions to develop

communication skills

 Collect data, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate documentation

 Collaborate with SLPs, educators, and families to support student success

 Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe therapeutic environment

 Adhere to professional and ethical standards in service delivery

Required Qualifications:

 Valid California Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Certification

 Experience or interest in school-based speech therapy preferred

 Strong communication and teamwork skills

 Ability to follow treatment plans and work under clinical supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience working with children or in educational settings

 Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices

 Commitment to supporting students with mild to moderate communication needs
