We are seeking a licensed attorney to work in our Legal and Real Estate Department. High ethical and competence standards are required. A minimum of three (3) years of on-the-job experience should include legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, with a preference to those who negotiated leases and lease amendments and other commercial real estate agreements. Position will be responsible for review and negotiation of legal contracts, including commercial leases, lease amendments, lease renewals, and SNDAs, handling administrative matters, overseeing outside counsel, maintaining legal and real estate files, possible site selection, and negotiation of terms for new and existing locations. The company is in over 24 states so travel will be required.
