Job Description

MKH Developments is seeking an experienced Stone installer with diverse skills capable of installing tile, stone, and marble.

• Installation of different types of tile, granite, and marble in North Malibu/Ventura.
• Accurate measurements and cutting of material
• Assist with general organization and cleaning of job sites as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically focused in stone/tile setting and installation with the ability to use tile setting tools, adhesives, and grout.
• Proficient in stone finishing, gluing, installation, reading a tape measure, stone tooling, and equipment.
• General construction experience with the ability to read drawings.
• Must have own reliable vehicle. 
• Must be a quick learner and have good communication skills.
• A team player who is positive, enthusiastic, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Must have a valid clean driving record with a valid CA driver's license.
• Must have excellent references and be able to pass background checks.
• Ability to physically lift +50 lbs. 
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be clean and organized.
