Pink Lily is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand that delivers trend-driven styles to our customers through our e-commerce platform. We are seeking a creative and highly organized  Stylist to join our team and bring our vision to life through compelling imagery and expert styling.

Job Overview

The Stylist will be responsible for preparing, styling, and coordinating looks for in-studio and on-location photoshoots. This role requires a keen eye for fashion trends, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, communicates openly, and brings a high level of professionalism to every project. Some travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshoot Prep & Execution:

• Organize and prepare garments, accessories, and props for e-commerce and campaign shoots.
• Steam, pin, and adjust clothing to ensure proper fit and presentation on models.
• Style models according to brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with photographers, makeup artists, and creative teams to execute shoot concepts.

Outfit Curation & Styling:

• Create head-to-toe looks that align with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
• Provide on-set styling, ensuring each look is visually appealing for digital content.
• Adjust outfits on set to achieve the best visual impact.

Organization & Inventory Management:

• Maintain a well-organized styling wardrobe and ensure all pieces are accounted for.
• Maintenance and creation of shot lists, track inventory, and assist with planning of future photoshoots.
• Coordinate sample returns and manage product flow between shoots.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the creative and merchandising teams to align styling with brand initiatives.
• Provide input on styling for upcoming collections.
• Maintain clear and open communication with models, photographers, and production teams.

Travel & On-Location Shoots:

• Be available for travel to location shoots as needed.
• Adapt to varying environments while ensuring styling remains on-brand.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of styling experience in fashion, e-commerce, or editorial environments.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and styling techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in fast fashion or women’s apparel is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport styling equipment and apparel as needed.
