Construction General Superintendent

We have partnered with a well know GC specializing in commercial construction, they pride ourselves on delivering high-performance buildings that exceed expectations. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and experienced General Superintendent to join their leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to project superintendents and field personnel
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple job sites
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Monitor construction progress and quality control
• Resolve field issues in collaboration with project managers and clients
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Participate in pre-construction planning and project close-out processes
• Uphold and promote Connor & Gaskin’s core values and standards of excellence

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 in a supervisory or superintendent role
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects from ground-up to close-out
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols, methods, and materials
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Ability to travel as needed to support projects
