We have partnered with a well know GC specializing in commercial construction, they pride ourselves on delivering high-performance buildings that exceed expectations. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and experienced General Superintendent to join their leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to project superintendents and field personnel
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple job sites
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Monitor construction progress and quality control
- Resolve field issues in collaboration with project managers and clients
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Participate in pre-construction planning and project close-out processes
- Uphold and promote Connor & Gaskin’s core values and standards of excellence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 in a supervisory or superintendent role
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects from ground-up to close-out
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Ability to travel as needed to support projects
