We’re scaling our digital presence and seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead our online strategy with creativity and precision. Position: Social Media Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow all CDW social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, graphics) using traditional media and AI-based tools to streamline production and enhance creativity.
  • Schedule and post content consistently to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce lead acquisition costs, leveraging data analytics and A/B testing.
  • Negotiate ad spends with social media platforms to secure cost-effective deals and maximize ROI.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics like engagement, conversions, and cost-per-lead.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in home improvement, construction, or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in AI-based content creation tools for generating compelling text, visuals, or videos (e.g., Canva AI, Runway, or ChatGPT).
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics, lead generation tactics, and ROI optimization on platforms like Facebook Ads and Instagram.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a history of managing ad budgets effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset paired with creative flair—you excel at turning insights into impactful strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Bonus: Experience with SEO, email marketing integration, or CRM tools like HubSpot.
