What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including:
- Inventory management
- Forecasting and planning
- Order and credit management
- Assembly coordination
- Collaborate across departments on improvement initiatives and special projects
- Learn from industry leaders and gain exposure to senior executives
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (within the past 12 months)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (engineering degree is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with high emotional intelligence and a customer service mindset
- Willingness and ability to commute to both New York and New Jersey locations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
