Skilled in circuit board repair and fine-pitch soldering using microscopes (SMT components and small-gauge wiring).
Familiar with inventory management, parts ordering, and test equipment handling.
Able to locate test sites using coordinates, maps, and GPS.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; effective team player and communicator.
Comfortable coordinating with remote field personnel and supporting drive test teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and mapping software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with customers and clearly report issues.
Dependable, punctual, and able to self-manage tasks and schedules while working independently in the field.
Highly organized with solid time management skills; able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Willingness to travel for up to two weeks at a time (total travel less than 25%).
Must be available to work on-site in Lawrenceville, NJ, five days a week.
Standard work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional extended days as needed.
