Come join our team – MidAmerica Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa is looking for a FULL-TIME FIRST IMPRESSIONS TEAM (FIT) MEMBER.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality, retail, medical office, or other customer service or sales position 
• Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications 
• Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously 
• Strong written and oral communication skills 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to: 

• Appropriately discuss aesthetic procedures, skin care services, and/or products with prospective patients over the phone; encourages them to schedule an appointment; or transfers to an appropriate team member who can assist them 
• Schedules appointments for multiple providers, greets patients, and provides appropriate registration paperwork for the appointment/procedure 
• Collects various payment types for consultations, skin care, medical spa services and occasionally service deposits or cancellation fees as needed 
• Completes additional daily cleaning, stocking, and organizational tasks as needed
• Rooming patients, preparing and cleaning exam rooms for and following a variety of services, taking before and after photos 

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS: 

• Full-time position (36-40 hours per week): Schedule will require working at least two weekday evenings until 7 pm and having one day off per week. No weekends. This is a set schedule, but hours are subject to change based on patient need and special events. Current Schedule: Monday 7:45 am - 7 pm; Tuesday 7:45am - 5:30 pm; Thursday 9 am - 7 pm; and Friday 7:45 am - 4 pm.
• Starting pay for this position is $19.00
