Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, strategic Technical Copywriter to shape how we communicate our most complex and innovative ideas. This role is a high-impact position focused on translating technical depth into clear, compelling language that resonates with a range of audiences.

You will distill intricate cybersecurity and SaaS concepts into persuasive, trustworthy content that speaks to C-suite executives, decision-makers, and technically fluent readers. Your writing will directly support enterprise initiatives and help accelerate the sales and integration process through materials like solution briefs, product one-pagers, white papers, case studies, discovery assets, and technical blog content. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between product complexity and customer clarity.

This role requires precision and creativity in equal measure. You will help evolve our voice within a highly technical space, keeping it rooted in clarity, intelligence, and authority while steering clear of the dry, lifeless tone that defines legacy tech.

This is a collaborative role at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing. If you love making the complex feel human and helping teams align around clear, compelling language, this is your space.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, concise, and technically accurate content that helps current and prospective enterprise customers understand the value and functionality of our platform.
  • Experienced in developing and formatting high-stakes content in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for review and approval by C-level executives, with an emphasis on clarity, structure, and executive-readiness.
  • Able to build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives, including the founder, to gather, retain, and apply critical knowledge that informs how we communicate our vision and technical depth.
  • Develop materials that support sales, product marketing, and customer success, including solution briefs, white papers, technical blog posts, case studies, FAQs, discovery, and product one-pagers.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity and SaaS concepts into approachable, persuasive language for a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to gather technical insights and ensure content accuracy across all customer-facing materials.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to articulate product capabilities, integration pathways, and our technical differentiators in a way that builds trust and credibility.
  • Contribute to and help maintain a clear, confident technical voice that aligns with our broader brand tone and messaging system.
  • Support the development of implementation guides, onboarding documentation, and user-focused content to improve enterprise adoption and understanding.
  • Edit and refine technical content from across the organization, ensuring consistency, readability, and alignment with voice and style guidelines.
  • Stay informed on cybersecurity, SaaS, and enterprise tech trends to ensure content reflects current industry language and customer concerns.
  • Work quickly and accurately under shifting timelines, delivering content that is both rigorous and easy to understand.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of professional writing experience with a focus on technical content, product marketing, or enterprise SaaS communications.
  • Highly adaptable and able to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment with on-the-go executives who have limited time for direction, demonstrating strong intuition, efficiency, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and engaging copy for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize messaging within technical decks and long-form documents.
  • Strong portfolio of work including solution briefs, white papers, technical blog posts, case studies, product one-pagers, or similar materials.
  • Experience writing for cybersecurity, infrastructure, or other high-complexity B2B technology sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content structuring skills with a keen eye for detail, clarity, and narrative flow.
  • Comfortable interviewing subject matter experts and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Highly collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
