Must be able to work onsite in Austin, TX.

Required Skills:

• Project/Program Management Experience – At least 3+ years in a technical program or project management role.
• Hardware Engineering Lifecycle Knowledge – Familiarity with ASIC design, silicon validation, and IP development .
• Project Management Methodologies – Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Defect & Task Tracking Tools – Proficiency with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar systems .
• Version Control Systems – Familiarity with Git, Perforce, or similar tools .
• Schedule & Resource Management – Skilled in building and managing project schedules, resource plans, and metrics tracking .
• Communication & Leadership – Strong ability to lead cross-functional meetings, resolve conflicts, and report status to stakeholders.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot issues .
• Tool Proficiency – Strong Excel (advanced functions), PowerPoint , and general project reporting tools.
