Job Description

The Technical Support/Warranty Representative provides dealer technical support and provides specific product information on all FES brand equipment. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining technical support procedures for FAYAT Cleantech Americas LLC (Cleantech) and delivering them to its Dealers in the Americas. This position will play an active role in the continual growth in the Americas Market and will help align processes for Cleantech. 

It is expected that this individual will learn the product and its technical aspects in the Americas as well as the four factories in The Netherlands, Italy, France and England, and therefore is able to travel domestically and internationally. 

• 5-10 years’ experience in the field working on industrial equipment, trade school education or other related field or significant technical industry experience
• Some customer service or sales experience preferred 
• Hands on experience with mechanical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics
• Ability to read and diagnose schematics and drawings
• Self-starter and self-motivated (entrepreneurial spirit)
• Perseverance and drive to develop and improve processes 
• Strong quality orientation and high attention to detail.
• Capacity to make sound decisions and to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% and internationally up to 5%

Compensation details: 70000-85000 Yearly Salary
