A non-profit in San Antonio is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team on-site Monday through Friday. The Technical Writer collaborates with subject matter experts across the organization and with partners to create and/or revise technical documentation. The documentation supports laboratory testing in accordance with current good manufacturing (cGMP) requirements, applicable domestic/foreign regulations (e.g., FDA, Korean MFDS) and accreditation/registration standards (e.g., ISO, AATB, AABB). They will utilize document templates and controlled formats, support process improvement efforts to laboratory operations, and perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be proficient in software required to produce technical documents; has an understanding in document control, product change control, quality systems, and regulatory documentation; and has a knowledge of standard documentation practices, templates, and style guidelines.
