Job Description

Telecom Business Analyst

Immediate contract opportunity for a Telecom focused Business Analyst. This position is a hybrid opportunity (4x onsite in Denver Tech Center) supporting a major internet provider. We are seeking candidates who can analyze the customers environment, and create documentation to for customer journey improvements. Responsibilities include:

- Define and launch a standardized approach for supporting "network on demand" products, enabling the client to deliver ultra-premium internet solutions efficiently.
- Create standardized journeys for agents, technicians, and customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey, regardless of the network upgrade type.
- Guide development on user interface features, automation, abstraction layers, and integrations to enhance the network on demand program and improve the overall customer journey.
- Expand the existing 2x1 Gbps product into 6 additional markets, leveraging insights from the initial deployment to refine the customer journey.
- Lead the conversion of the 2x1 product into a new standardized approach upon completion of development, focusing on optimizing the customer journey.

Required Skills

- Telecom / Internet Provider industry background is highly preferred
- Background in analyzing a telecom/internet provider environment for suggestive updates/changes to enhance customer experiences
- Ability to create AS-IS / TO-BE documentation, requirement gathering, creation of business cases, market research, etc-.
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in technology or telecommunications sectors, with a focus on enhancing customer journeys.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams to improve the customer experience.
- Excellent storytelling abilities to simplify technical subjects for non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity in the customer journey.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, with experience in creating product requirements and mapping customer journeys.
- Willingness to learn from others' subject matter expertise and adapt to evolving business needs, with a commitment to enhancing the customer journey.
