Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Clerk to join the legal department of a respected organization, supporting the Office of the General Counsel . This is an excellent short-term opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with digital systems.

• Start Date: August 18th (or possibly sooner)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Onsite (no remote option)
• Pay: $15/hour
• Assignment Duration: 4-8 weeks

• Scan, organize, and upload documents into the internal legal management system
• Maintain file integrity and naming conventions
• Follow confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive legal documentation
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed in support of the legal team

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with scanning equipment and digital systems
• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks accurately
• Prior administrative or clerical experience a plus (legal office experience is a bonus but not required)
