One of the most prestigious real estate finance firms in the U.S. is looking to add a Title and Survey attorney in New York. This is a non-partner track role focused on title and survey diligence across commercial transactions. This is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, consistency, and being central to deal execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and coordinate all title and survey diligence
• Serve as go to resource for identifying and resolving real estate ownership, access, and encumbrance issues

Ideal Background:

• 6+ years of reviewing and analyzing title commitments, title policies, surveys, and related real estate documentation
• Familiarity with ALTA surveys, title exceptions, and endorsement negotiations
• Experience from a large law firm or title company
• Licensed to practice in New York or North Carolina
