We’re looking for a Dispatcher to join our client's growing transportation team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating drivers, optimizing routes, and ensuring on-time deliveries. You’ll communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly while solving problems on the fly.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Schedule and dispatch drivers
✅ Monitor routes and adjust as needed to maximize efficiency
✅ Communicate with drivers to provide updates and instructions
✅ Track shipments and resolve any service issues
✅ Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, and schedules
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in dispatching, logistics, or trucking operations (preferred)
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
✔️ Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
