LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a Vault 15 life science practice group with their need for talent in their NYC office. Details below:

• Your deal work will extend throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia as well to emerging markets and include all segments of the industry—pharma, biotech, vaccines, medtech, diagnostics, animal health, digital health, and healthcare services.
• You will gain experience working across disciplines on dual-track transactions and advising on deals as they evolve from acquisitions or dispositions to arrangements that are more collaborative in nature.
• There are multiple paths for advancement – whether for a partnership or counsel position.
• This firm also “leaves the door open” if you exit for another opportunity but eventually look to return to firm life.
• Partners are respectful of family obligations – this is not a facetime firm.
• 1950 billable requirement (includes 100% of your pro bono hours).
• Cravath compensation.
• Hybrid arrangement.

Prior law firm experience as an attorney is required.
