Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year

Position Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. This is an onsite role located in Richmond, Virginia , and offers a chance to contribute to the successful handling and distribution of medical supplies.
This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on leader with a passion for optimizing operations and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
- Optimize labor efficiency and coordinate daily workflow to meet customer and company expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reviews.
- Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives.
- Lead Corrective Actions and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations.
- Create, update, and implement warehouse processes and SOPs.
- Oversee the safe operation of material handling equipment and enforce safety regulations.
- Develop operational reports and analyze data for performance improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
- 3–5 years of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience working under ISO regulatory requirements preferred.
- Knowledge of Hazmat rules and procedures as they relate to warehouse operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (report creation and analysis).
- 3–5 years of experience operating both powered and manual material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain a company operator's license within 30 days of hire.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
