Job Title: Weekend Home Health PTA – Flexible Saturdays & Sundays

Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule: Saturdays AND Sundays Only (every or every-other weekend) Pay: $42 - $46 per visit + Mileage reimbursement between clients

What You’ll Do:

• Assist PTs with evaluations and carry out rehab plans in patients' homes
  
• Lead functional mobility and strength-building exercises
  
• Provide documentation and communicate changes to the care team
  
• Educate patients and families on home therapy routines
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed PTA in Minnesota
  
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
  
• Weekend availability + reliable transportation
