Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Duration: 84 months

What’s a typical day as a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster? You’ll be:
• Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims from beginning to end, ensuring excellent customer service and quality claims handling.
• Managing a full caseload with a focus on timely and cost-effective resolutions through well-developed action plans.
• Calculating and assigning reserves, approving claim payments, and preparing necessary state filings within statutory limits.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3-5 years of Illinois Workers' Compensation claims management experience (must have).
• Hold a college degree or possess equivalent education and experience (preferred).
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
