Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Yacht Broker to join our growing team in Miami or Fort Lauderdale .

This is a high-impact role for a driven professional who excels at relationship building, negotiation, and closing. The Senior Broker will manage yacht sales and acquisitions, maintain premium client relationships, and represent the Paramount Yachts brand at the highest standard.

We provide qualified, high-quality leads so you can focus on conversions, not prospecting. This position offers a 70/30 commission split and a defined growth path to Equity Manager , Senior Broker Partner , and ultimately Managing Partner for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate yacht sales and purchases from lead to close
  • Conduct market analyses and pricing evaluations
  • Negotiate and finalize brokerage agreements
  • Represent clients and the Paramount Yachts brand with professionalism
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the yacht and marine industry
  • Proven experience in yacht brokerage and conducting sales transactions
  • Exceptional client service and relationship management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Based in Miami or Fort Lauderdale (required)
  • Previous exposure to luxury goods or high-value sales preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
