HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor or Associate Mental Health Therapist, ASW, AMFT, APCC for an Adult Psychiatric Urgent Care in San Francisco, California. Join an agency dedicated to rehabilitation, top-tier mental health for the underserved community, and work life balance for the clinicians. This team is able to provide supervision hours towards licensure specifically for the Adult population.

• ASW, AMFT, APCC will work in a permanent position as a Clinical Counselor
• ASW, AMFT, APCC works 8-hour shifts Sun, Monday, Tues, and every other Wednesday
• ASW, AMFT, APCC will work in an Adult Urgent Care clinic, and receive supervision hours for Adult population only
• ASW, AMFT, APCC provides mental health assessments and determine the appropriate care plans
• ASW, AMFT, APCC provides immediate intervention for individuals in crisis, including de-escalating and safety planning
• ASW, AMFT, APCC offers short-term, solution focused counseling & psychoeducation tailored to client’s cultural needs
• ASW, AMFT, APCC offers client referrals to the agencies long term or short-term residential programs as needed
• Join a team dedicated to a rehabilitation model, and offering lasting solutions for the community

ASW, AMFT, APCC Associate Mental Health Counselor or Therapist Requirements:

• Application for CA Board of Behavioral Sciences completed
• Master’s Degree
• Desire to work with clients on a short-term basis
• Ability to work Sun, Monday, Tues, Every other Wednesday onsite

ASW, AMFT, APCC Associate Mental Health Counselor or Therapist Compensation:

• $40.86 per hour
• Paid Supervision hours towards licensure
