Job Description

Summary

The Aviation Video Presenter is responsible for delivering engaging video content for MzeroA's flight training programs. This role requires the ability to clearly explain aviation concepts, connect with students at various stages of their pilot training, and present content in an engaging, professional manner both on and off screen.

Essential Functions

• Present flight training materials in video format as structured by the technical writing team.
• Comfortably and naturally read from a teleprompter to deliver clear, engaging, and professional on-camera instruction.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure the accuracy and clarity of instructional content.
• Adapt presentation techniques based on student feedback and learning outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation training trends to enhance presentation effectiveness.
• Actively engage and share on the company's social media platforms to strengthen the brand's presence and build stronger connections with the audience, thereby enhancing the company's reputation and the employee's role within the organization.

Competencies

• Strong instructional ability and on-camera presence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with educational technologies used in delivering content.
• Ability to simplify complex aviation concepts for educational purposes.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Zero to start, but potential to supervise junior instructors or assistants as the team grows.

Physical Demands

The position involves standing and speaking in a studio environment, on-site shoots and may include occasional handling of aviation tools and equipment for demonstration purposes.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full-time, hybrid position

Travel

Occasional travel may be required to attend aviation events, seminars, or visit flight schools.

Required Education and Experience

Experience in teaching, presenting, or public speaking, preferably related to aviation.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Preferred aviation experience including at minimum a Commercial Pilot Certificate and Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI).
• Experience with online education platforms and multimedia content creation.
• Background in aviation or related fields.
• Part 107 certification
