Job Title: Billing Clerk (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday -- Friday | Occasional Overtime

Job Summary:

B&M Ashman is seeking a full-time, on-site Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal

candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, flexible, and has strong Excel skills. This role

involves billing, data entry, administrative support, and assisting with inventory

management in a fast-paced environment. Occasional overtime may be required based

on workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accurate billing for service drop projects
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records
• Assist with inventory tracking and management tasks
• Provide general administrative support to office staff
• Work daily with Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Utilize Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro for various tasks
• Organize and manage digital and physical documents
• Support other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Adobe Pro is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Clear communication and attention to detail
