Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory experiments using standard and advanced biological techniques (e.g., PCR, Western blotting, cell culture, ELISA, Sangar Sequencing).
• Prepare biological samples and maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and results.
• Assist in the design and execution of experiments under the supervision of senior researchers.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical and bioinformatics tools.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety and quality control protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in regular team meetings.
• Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies relevant to research focus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of laboratory research experience (academic or industry).
• Strong knowledge of molecular and cellular biology techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
