Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of complex bridge projects across the region
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality control to meet client and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with public agencies, consultants, and community stakeholders to align project goals
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing bridge projects from concept through completion
• Active Professional Engineering (PE) license (State of Pennsylvania preferred)
• Deep understanding of bridge design codes, construction methods, and infrastructure regulations
• Proven leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and complex projects
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks
• Experience working with DOTs and municipal agencies is a plus
