PART-TIME 16-24 HOURS PER WEEK. POTENTIAL FOR FULL-TIME. Every other weekend is required.

Our family-oriented company is seeking friendly and empathetic healthcare professionals with a passion for helping others in a direct-care role as a certified nursing assistant. As the primary caregiver, you will assist patients with varied levels of mobility with getting dressed, going to the restroom, bathing, dressing, eating daily meals, and other activities of daily living.

$17.50 - $18 hourly plus shift differential & weekend premium

• Attend to the basic care and daily living needs of patients including going to the restroom, bathing, eating daily meals, taking proper medication dosages, and getting dressed
• Convey relevant patient data and information to supervising nurse, family members, and other facility staff as needed
• Provide carefully documented patient information in charts for multiple vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen level
• Sanitize and clean patient’s room by rotating sheets, bedpans, and performing general room cleaning
• Exercise patients as needed to maintain physical health and mobility level

• Be a team player with the ability to get along well with others

• Needs strong physical stamina to reposition and lift patients from beds to examination tables or wheelchairs and move medical equipment
• Candidates must have already completed the state-approved CNA training program and received CNA certification from a medical facility, vocational school, or community college
• Be able to use computer database and software programs to accurately record patient history
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required for this position
• Experience and knowledge working with bedridden patients and those who suffer from age-related illness such as Alzheimer's and Dementia preferred

• Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work scheduled shifts, including every other weekend and holidays as needed
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards older adults and coworkers
• Ability to get along well with others and be receptive to the ever-changing needs of the residents
