PTS Advance has an immediate need for a AutoCAD drafter in Ferndale Washington. Background and drug test required. Must have the ability to aquire a TWIC card as required for entry.
Local Candidate only (no per diem)

Pay rate: $40 + hr. DOE
Hours 5/8 schedule (40 hrs)

Job Responsibilities:
• Update drawings (P&ID's, ISO's) from Inspectors using AutoCAD
• Responsible for MOCs (Management of Change) to support Inspection
• General AutoCAD work for the Inspection Department
• Support PCMS Coordinator for AIMI (conversion project) clean up
• Field walk-downs and verification
Job Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in Drafting
• Knowledge of Drafting standards, methods, and practices
• Must be able to work safely in an industrial environment
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to perform field and piping walk downs
• Must be able to work both individually and on a team
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve potential design problems
•Technical Drawing: Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and standards
•Strong work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Software/Hardware Qualifications:
Required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong computer/PC skills
• Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
