Manhattan law firm with a sophisticated corporate and real estate finance practice with top financial institutions is looking to add a banking and finance associate to their transactional group. The right individual has 2-5+ years law firm experience drafting and reviewing loan documents, including credit agreements and collateral documents, in a highly structured middle market, asset-based lending, acquisition, and real estate finance transactions.
