CSA’s Division:

SWX Construction, a division of Steelworx Industrial Group, is growing our CSA Team. We are committed to integrating seasoned leadership with industry-leading equipment. We offer full CSA services for industrial and commercial clients. Our expertise includes earthwork, storm sewer, site utilities, site concrete, structural concrete, insulated metal panels, structural steel, drains, and more.

Job Summary:

Steelworx is seeking an experienced CSA / Industrial Project Manager with a proven track record in industrial construction. You’ll work directly with the Division Manager, Senior Project Manager, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Oversee and execute multiple industrial construction projects, including those in Food Processing, Packaged Goods, Oil and Gas, etc.

· Develop and implement project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

· Manage logistics, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, cash flow, material procurement, subcontractor procurement, estimating, change orders, RFIs, submittals, owner meetings, invoicing, reporting, and negotiating.

· Ensure effective execution of projects from start to finish, thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

· 4+ years of industrial construction experience.

· 5+ years of on-site execution of industrial projects.

· Knowledge of Industrial Plant logistics and operating schedules.

· Experience with Earthwork, Concrete, Structural Steel, Insulated Metal Panels, Welding, Piping, Drains.

· Willingness to travel 25%-50% of the time.

· Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and efficiently.

· Ability to pass a drug test.

· Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
