Equity Staffing Group is hiring for a Director of Pharmacy OR Health Systems Director + Pharmacist in Charge in Raleigh, NC!

• Skills required: Behavioral Health, inpatient, management experience
• North Carolina pharmacist licensure required
• Dates of Coverage needed : Start ASAP & cover until we hire a permanent employee; HSD last day June 6th. TJC to be onsite June 9th.
• Coverage Hours needed : Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm plus on-call every 3 weeks
• Weekend covered by PRN pharmacists 8am-4:30pm
• Order Entry System: HCS and Omnicell; will train
• Staff Size : 3 buildings – 6 Pharmacists and 4 techs
• Job Responsibilities : staffing, scheduling, on-call, meetings
• Expectations : DEA MOA: narcotic counting of hospital monthly; work with SVP weekly on updates
• Dress Code : business professional or black scrubs

Credentials required prior to start:

• Background check
• Drug screen
• HIPAA
• TB Skin Test – within 12 months
• MMR or Titer proving immunity
• Varicella – (2) documented doses or Titer proving immunity
• Hep B3 Series or declination
• COVID Vaccine
• Hospital orientation on first day
