National Therapy Center  specializes in working with children with a range of speech, language, motor and cognitive disorders and learning challenges.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Speech-Language Pathology to lead our department, guide clinical excellence, and inspire innovation in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to the speech-language pathology department.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of SLPs, CFs, and assistants.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and professional regulations.
• Develop and implement best practices, evidence-based treatment programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other department heads, community partners, and stakeholders to expand and enhance services.
• Manage departmental budget, staffing, and operational needs.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of clinical staff.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification and state licensure.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and emerging trends in speech-language pathology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
