Job Description

Location: Picayune, MS or Franklinton

Duration: 2 months

On behalf of our client, one of the world’s largest technology companies, we are recruiting a Driver to work on an exciting project capturing high-quality imagery from vehicles that will be made available for the world to view online.

You must me available to start on either the 23rd or the 27th October 2025 and be able to commit to the full 2-month project period.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a vehicle equipped with advanced camera and computer equipment to capture street-level imagery.
  • Drive all assigned public roads in your designated area efficiently and safely, following pre-defined routes and schedules.
  • Work to specific KM distance targets and image quality standards set by the client.
  • Submit a daily breathalyzer test before starting work to confirm fitness to drive.
  • Report any technical or mechanical issues with the equipment or vehicle immediately.
  • Complete all required daily and weekly reports accurately and on time.
  • Record and report all working hours precisely.
  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle maintenance checks.
  • Interact professionally with members of the public, maintaining calm and courtesy at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous professional driving experience preferred, though not essential.
  • A full, clean U.S. driving license is required.
  • A clear criminal record is mandatory β€” background checks will be conducted.
  • Must pass a daily breathalyzer test before each shift.
  • Must live in or near the local area and be available to start immediately for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Secure overnight parking for the vehicle is required (either a locked garage or secure gated parking).
  • Flexibility with working hours required due to weather, lighting conditions.
  • Must have a smartphone and data plan for daily and weekly reporting.
  • Must be comfortable climbing onto the roof of the car to access camera equipment.
  • Availability to occasionally work and stay overnight away from home (hotel accommodation provided) may be required

Contract Details

  • Immediate start. Minimum 2-month contract that may extend up to 6 months.
  • $16.00 per hour. Self-employed (1099) contract.
  • You will be responsible for your own tax reporting under self-employment.
  • A fully equipped vehicle will be provided – you do not need your own.
