Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: On-site (no remote work)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility available)

Job Description

We are hiring two administrative professionals to support executive leadership and operational functions. These roles will evolve over time and are ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to grow with the company. One role will provide direct support to the CEO and the other will support the CRO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
  • Support client relationships through follow-ups, documentation, and task tracking
  • Assist with billing-related administrative tasks (no prior billing experience required)
  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth office operations
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the roles develop

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in an administrative executive assistant role supporting C-level executives or managing client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or revenue cycle management

Compensation
