Job Description:

The Sales Processor is responsible for monitoring and processing foreclosure-related accounts. This role involves working daily with vendor-related software, managing high-volume caseloads, and ensuring compliance with statutory foreclosure requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and ready to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-foreclosure reviews to verify compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Audit and confirm bid figures and foreclosure costs for accuracy.
  • Calculate foreclosure fees and costs.
  • Review accounts for default status updates.
  • Request and review payment histories, repayment/trial plans, and denial letters.
  • Ensure all property sale documentation aligns with servicing and investor guidelines.
  • Perform and review SCRA searches.
  • Process foreclosure postponements as needed.
  • Review servicer internal websites to obtain sale clearance.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
  • Manage and complete assigned tasks within company timelines.
  • Perform additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience preferred.
  • Strong work history with a track record of reliability.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Advanced 10-key data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Full-time, on-site position in Phoenix, AZ.
