Job Description

The General Manager will oversee operations across 3 manufacturing plants and will be serving as a key member of the company Leadership Team. This role is responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations, and aligning processes across all facilities to reduce unnecessary variation. The position will lead safety performance initiatives, maintain compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards, and ensure environmental issues are resolved promptly. Additionally, the leader will direct plant operations, manage capital expenditure plans, develop operational goals and KPIs, and implement continuous improvement projects. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, workforce engagement, and effective talent management will be essential to meet business growth and performance objectives.

• This position requires a minimum of ten years in heavy industrial operations, including at least three years in management, with demonstrated experience in safety, environmental compliance, quality management, and production planning. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and budget management.
