TOTAL COMP PLAN OFFERED: Up to $247K OTE depending on candidate experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead a team of product managers focused on delivering best-in-class retirement solutions.
- Set product strategy and ensure roadmaps align with customer needs and company goals.
- Drive end-to-end execution, from discovery and prioritization to development and launch.
- Partner closely with sales, operations, compliance, service, and marketing to ensure cohesive product delivery.
- Oversee product governance, backlog management, and performance tracking.
- Develop and review business cases, product briefs, and market analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and coach product managers to grow their skills and maximize their impact.
- Stay ahead of trends in ERISA regulations, plan design, competitor offerings, and advisor tools.
- Represent the retirement product line in executive discussions and strategic planning.
- Support team growth through hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Preferred: MBA or certifications like AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute, Series 65, etc.
- 7–10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading people.
- A track record of building and scaling financial services or fintech products—especially those with complex regulatory requirements.
- Strong grasp of product management frameworks, agile practices, and product lifecycle management.
- Confident in setting vision, strategy, and execution plans across multiple initiatives.
- Experience developing business cases and understanding basic financial modeling (e.g., income statements).
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, and advisor tools is a strong plus.
