Marketing & Graphic Design Intern (Paid, On-site)

HIGHMARK Real Estate is seeking a motivated part-time Marketing & Graphic Design Intern to support our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in real estate marketing, branding, and design, ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build their portfolio and gain real-world industry experience. The ideal candidate is creative, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with design projects to maintain brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
• Help create and edit templates for marketing materials such as flyers, social posts, listing presentations, and event graphics.
• Support updates to company websites, including content edits and coordinating with support teams.
• Contribute to event marketing materials for both company and community events.
• Assist in coordinating orders for business cards, signage, and branded materials.
• Participate in brainstorming and execution of large-scale marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
• Help organize and maintain the marketing calendar, including mailers, ads, and social media schedules.
• Collaborate with agents and team members to support personalized marketing requests.
• Communicate with print and design vendors as needed for production.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and gathering insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator preferred) or equivalent design tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving projects.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Positive, self-motivated, and interested in real estate or lifestyle branding.

Pay Range: $18-25/hr based on experience

This is a part-time on-site role with approximately 20-25 Hrs/week
